EXCEL PROPERTY organizes Viewing Trips, which is a great opportunity to visit, explore and view real estate properties in Bulgaria and the same time save money.

We don't do charters, minibuses full with group of buyers. Our trips are fully individual according to your preferences with purpose to find a property!

You will fly on a scheduled flight from your country, view properties on offer and if you find what you are looking for you can finalize the whole deal.

Viewing Trip for purchasing a property in Bulgaria includes:

1. Picking you up from the Airport – Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna or Bourgas.

After you have booked your flight tickets you can relax, because we will entirely take care for the other part of your trip. You can fly to one of the international airports in Bulgaria and an agent from our company will come and meet you there.

2. Two nights in a hotel, breakfast included.

With company car we will take you to the hotel that we have chosen for you, depending on the area that you would like to view. We care about our customers and always try to make their stay as comfortable as it can be and for this reason we will accommodate you in an experienced hotel.

3. Two days property viewings in the area of interest.

The viewing of the properties that you like to see is included in the total price, as well as the professional advice that we can give you. Except for the properties themselves we will also take you to see the area. We will show you the most interesting places and give you the most important details about the region.

4. Meeting with the Developers/ Vendors.

We can arrange for you meetings with the developers or vendors of the property that you like. You will have the opportunity to speak to them and ask questions that are important for you.

5. Transportation from the hotel to the Airport.

After the viewings are over you can count on us to send you at the airport. In brief you will have a nice excursion in Bulgaria with a professional guide and real estate advisor. Our agents will do their best to make your stay here pleasant and fruitful.

*The price includes 2 nights, but if you need to stay more you can ask your agent for the total price of your stay.
