Agent's Description

This pretty house is nicely located a middle-sized village which captivates the visitors with its lovely landscape and traditional outlook of the houses, the stone fences, the stone church, etc. The village benefits from being close to a small town called Parvomaj (11 km.) where the main road to Turkey is passing through; not far away from the village there is another small town (Assenovgrad) which is famous for the vine growing and wine producing where you can take the main road to one of the most famous ski resorts in Bulgaria- Pamporovo. Also the second largest town in Bulgaria is located at the distance of 50 km or you will need at about 40 minutes to get there by car.

This interesting property consists of a 2-storeyed house that offers 80 sq.m. of living area and a garden spread over the area of 500 sq.m.

On the ground floor there is a basement. The flooring is not covered with anything (it is earth) and the walls are made of stone. The first floor comprises of a small corridor which leads to three well sized, spacious rooms. The floor is covered with wood, the walls are stone built and the windows are with wooden framings.

The house is in bad condition and needs lots of certain repairs like: renewing the plastering, an inter bathroom and a toilet need to be done in order the house to become comfortable for living, repairing of the roof, etc. The garden is not very big and that makes it easy for maintenance. The property is supplied with electricity and running water (outside the house).

Bratsigovo

Bratsigovo

The village is situated in Southern Bulgaria. It is located in the Foothills of the Rodope Mountains on the banks of the Umishka River, and is close to the towns of Peshtera and Krichim. Historical records show the township was established at some point in the 16th century, built over the ruins of an earlier settlement. Archaeological evidence has shown that the area was inhabited by Thracians and later Slavs. The town is developing as a balneological center, too. There is a cold mineral water spring (18-26 C) with the flow rate of 120 litres per minute at the distance of 500 metres west of it. There is a balneo-sanatorium built up here. The mineral water treats some skin diseases, the nervous system, kidney related diseases and others. There is a nice park and a country-houses zone around it.

Currently, Plovdiv is a modern city with an ancient spirit and charm, emanating from its numerous remains of old times. No doubt the biggest sight of Plovdiv is The Old Town. The Old Town is declared an archaeological reserve and covers the three-hill area where the town was located originally. Almost all historical sights of Plovdiv can be found there – religious sanctuaries, old residential and public buildings, archeological monuments and museums, fortress walls and narrow cobbled streets.
