The apartments have one living-room, a kitchenette and a dining-room, a toilet and a bathroom, one balcony and one or two bedrooms. Access is provided by two staircases and an elevator in compliance with all accessible environment standards. Proper communications allow residents to use the restaurant, the pool and other facilities through "a warm connection" without leaving the building. The complex will have twenty-four-hour security guard and safety system.

Completion stage of the apartments The apartments are planned to be delivered completely finished. Heating - a fireplace is with a possibility for installation of additional heating systems or electric converters with electronic control. Kitchen and furnishing with a total interior solution available upon an additional agreement.
