Agent's Description

We are glad to present to you our next attractive offer which is set in a well-sized village located only 5 km away from a small town called Pazardzhik and at about 45 km away from the second biggest town in Bu;garia, Plovdiv.

The property briefly consists of a two-storey house with total living area of 147 sq.m., a lovely garden which is spread over 768 sq.m. and a parking lot covered with corrugated iron. The area on the ground floor is distributed between a corridor, a cozy kitchen and two good-sized rooms. The joinery is wooden, the walls are brick-built and the flooring is concrete. The staircase which leads to the first floor is an external one but there is an option to be made an internal one. The disposition of the rooms on the upper floor is the same like downstairs. There are three bedrooms connected by a corridor. The walls are made of bricks, the joinery is wooden as well as the flooring. The bathroom/WC is set outside of the house. So it’s a good idea one of the rooms to be converted into a bathroom/WC. The property is fully supplied with electricity, water (in and out of the house) and is also connected to a septic tank.

The garden is with a good size (not too big and not too small), it is well-maintained. As it is situated behind the house it offers privacy and peacefulness.

The village is quiet but it is well developed as it offers all facilities needed for living like: shops (one of them is just opposite the house), cafes, a school, a church, a police station, a health service and regular bus transport (the bus stop is also in close proximity to the house).

Bratsigovo

Bratsigovo

The village is situated in Southern Bulgaria. It is located in the Foothills of the Rodope Mountains on the banks of the Umishka River, and is close to the towns of Peshtera and Krichim. Historical records show the township was established at some point in the 16th century, built over the ruins of an earlier settlement. Archaeological evidence has shown that the area was inhabited by Thracians and later Slavs. The town is developing as a balneological center, too. There is a cold mineral water spring (18-26 C) with the flow rate of 120 litres per minute at the distance of 500 metres west of it. There is a balneo-sanatorium built up here. The mineral water treats some skin diseases, the nervous system, kidney related diseases and others. There is a nice park and a country-houses zone around it.

The Antique Teatre in Plovdiv

The Antique Teatre in Plovdiv

The Antique Theatre is one of the most famous monuments in Bulgaria. It was built in the beginning of the 2nd century during the reign of the Roman Emperor Trajan. It is situated in the natural saddle between the Dzhambaz Tepe and Taksim Tepe hills. It is divided into two parts with 14 rows each divided with a horizontal lane. The theatre could accommodate 3,500 people. The three-storey scene is located on the southern part and is decorated with frezes, cornices and statues. The theatre was studied, conserved and restored between 1968 and 1984. Many events are still held on the scene including the Verdi festival and the International Folklore festival.

The old town in Plovdiv

The old town in Plovdiv

Currently, Plovdiv is a modern city with an ancient spirit and charm, emanating from its numerous remains of old times. No doubt the biggest sight of Plovdiv is The Old Town. The Old Town is declared an archaeological reserve and covers the three-hill area where the town was located originally. Almost all historical sights of Plovdiv can be found there – religious sanctuaries, old residential and public buildings, archeological monuments and museums, fortress walls and narrow cobbled streets.
