The garden is lovely and pretty big (1500sq.m) and now it is planted with fruit trees, some beautiful flowers and a part of it is covered with greenery. There you will find some agricultural outbuildings and there also is a parking lot for three cars. The yard is a perfect place to be made a nice arbour or BBQ area where you will be able to gather with your friends, while you enjoy the peace and the beautiful nature around.

The house is in very good condition and needs only internal bathroom and toilet. It is recently plastered. It is supplied with electricity and water (outside the house). There is no bathroom in the property, and the toilet is an external one. The road is easy accessible, because it is an asphalt one.

The village is well developed and offers many facilities - shops, a cafe, a health service and regular bus transport. The Maritsa River passes by only 1 km from it and the region is good for fishing and hunting. Combined with the beautiful nature and quietness this place can attract your attention also with its location and easy access to each point of the country.

The village is situated in Southern Bulgaria. It is located in the Foothills of the Rodope Mountains on the banks of the Umishka River, and is close to the towns of Peshtera and Krichim. The Antique Theatre is one of the most famous monuments in Bulgaria. It was built in the beginning of the 2nd century during the reign of the Roman Emperor Trajan. It is situated in the natural saddle between the Dzhambaz Tepe and Taksim Tepe hills. It is divided into two parts with 14 rows each divided with a horizontal lane. The theatre could accommodate 3,500 people. The three-storey scene is located on the southern part and is decorated with frezes, cornices and statues. The theatre was studied, conserved and restored between 1968 and 1984. Many events are still held on the scene including the Verdi festival and the International Folklore festival.
