The property we offer you is disposed in a small and peaceful village at the beautiful Thracian plain, very close to a lovely dam and a river. The village itself is 28 km away from the town of Stara Zagora. Apart from being one of the most ancient towns in Bulgaria, Stara Zagora is a big and important regional, industrial and cultural centre.

The property offers a nice one-storey house with the total living area of 50 sq. m., a parking lot, a garage (of 25 sq. m.) for one car, an outbuilding which is attached to the house and a huge garden which spreads over the area of 2300 sq. m. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms, a closet and a corridor. The walls of the whole house are made of sun-dried bricks, the flooring is cemented and the windows are with wooden joinery.

The large garden (2300 sq.m) is planted with several fruit trees, trellis vines and some beautiful flowers. There also is a fir–tree, a meadow and nice green boxwoods at the area of the yard as well as a draw-well which helps for the irrigation. The big outbuilding which is attached to the house is not in good condition and is suitable for a major renovation or just to be demolished.

The house itself is in basic condition and needs refreshment and some major repairs. There are cracks in the plasters and a part of the façade is unstuck from the house. The property is fully supplied with running water and electricity. The WC is outside the house. The closet may be transformed into an inner WC/bathroom. A telephone landline has to be installed, because at the moment there is no such. The road which is leading to the property is a dirt one but there is an asphalt road only 50 m away from the house.

Set at the end of the village, the house provides seclusion and comfort which is ideal for rural holidays, hunting and fishing. The village is supplied with a food shop and a café, a church, a post office, a health service, as well as a community center. Regular bus transport is also available.
