We would like to present to you our next attractive offer. It is a rural house which is situated at the end of a beautiful plain village, situated just 20 km away from the town of Stara Zagora. Another well developed town, which is disposed nearby, is Radnevo – 13 km.

The property presented here offers a two storied house with total living area of 100 sq. m, one outbuilding and a huge lovely garden vast 4600 sq. m.

The area of the ground floor is distributed between two rooms and a closet, connected by a corridor. The whole house is made of sun-dried bricks. The flooring is cemented with linoleum over it and the joinery is wooden one. An external staircase leads to the first floor where two rooms, a corridor and a pleasant veranda are nicely disposed. The flooring and the joinery of this floor are wooden ones.

Structurally the house is in basic condition. There are cracks on the plastering of the ceiling on the first floor. The roof has to be repaired in that part, which is close to the chimney. A part of the plastering from outside the house is damaged. It needs refreshment of the walls and the ceilings. The property is fully supplied with running water and electricity and is not connected to a septic tank. The bathroom and the WC are outside the house. Also a telephone landline has to be installed, because for the moment there is no such.
