Our new offer is for one appealing property at the end of a hilly village which is situated in the beautiful Thracian Plain. The hamlet is set at a distance of 47 km far from the town of Stara Zagora, which is one of the most important economical centers in Bulgaria.

The property consists of a big, two storied house with accommodation of 130 sq. m., a summer kitchen attached to the house, one agricultural outbuilding, a parking lot (for one car) and a huge garden spread over the area of 3510 sq. m.

The area on the ground floor is divided between a corridor, a kitchen, one bedroom and a living room. The whole house is made of red bricks. The flooring is concrete and the windows are wooden framed. An external staircase leads to the upper floor where you can find three bedrooms, a sunny veranda and a corridor. The flooring here and the joinery are wooden. The summer kitchen which is attached to the house consists of two rooms and there is a fireplace in one of them.

The garden is really large and beautiful. At the moment it is planted with fruit trees, lovely flowers and some greenery. There also is a well which helps for the irrigation.

The house is in good condition. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor needs to be finished according to client’s taste. Some inner transformations are also possible and the walls in the whole house need to be refreshed. The WC and the bathroom are outside the house but the closet is suitable to be transformed into such. The property is fully supplied with electricity, running water (inside and outside the house) and is connected to the main sewer of the village. There is no telephone landline available at the moment but it can be easily installed such.

The village where the property is located offers facilities like: a local shop, a café, a police station, a health service and regular bus transport. There is a dam and a river near the village so the area is proper for fishing, hunting and rural tourism development. An electric power plant is disposed 16 km away from the village.
