Disposed in a comparatively big and well-developed village this pretty property offers piece and quietness. It is located near the center of the village which is just 30 km away from the town of Stara Zagora and 76 km away from Plovdiv- the second largest city in Bulgaria and one of the most important cultural centers in our country where is set one of the international airports.

The ground floor includes a corridor, one bedroom, a kitchen and a closet. The walls are made of bricks and stones. The flooring is cement and the frames of the windows are wooden. There is an external staircase which leads to the first floor where a nice veranda, two bedrooms and a closet are nicely disposed. The flooring here is wooden as well as the joinery.

The garden is pretty large and very well maintained. At the moment it is planted with fruit trees, trellis vines and flowers. A part of the garden is covered with greenery.

The house is in good condition. Being an old house it is understandable that it needs some repairs like a slight renovation of the roof, refreshment of the walls and the ceilings. One of the rooms on the first floor has to be finished. The WC is outside the house and there is no bathroom. A proper premise inside can be adapted into an inner WC/bathroom. The property is supplied with electricity and running water (inside the house) and it is not connected to a septic tank. There is no telephone landline available at the moment but it is easy to install such.

The village itself is big and well developed. There is a shop, a café, a church, a police station, a health service, a community center, a library and a regular railway and bus public transport. The region is proper for fishing activities because there are two dams nearby the village. There are also good conditions for hunting and development of rural tourism.
