This charming two-storey house is located in a small and romantic village just 45 km away from the town of Stara Zagora. Apart from being one of the most ancient towns in Bulgaria, it is a big and important regional, industrial and cultural centre. Strategically located, it is a central hub with international transportation routes providing easy access to the North, East, South and West. The property is also 67 km away from Plovdiv- the second largest city in Bulgaria and the cultural capital of our country. One of the most famous Bulgarian ski resorts- Pamporovo- is situated at the distance of 109 km.

The ground floor comprises of an entrance, one living room and a closet. The walls of the whole house are made of bricks and stones. The flooring is cement and the frames if the windows are wooden. The house is in good condition. It needs refreshment of the walls and the ceilings. Some inner transformations are possible according to the client’s taste. The closet on the first floor can be transformed into a small room. The bathroom is attached to the summer kitchen, and the WC is outside the property. The house is fully supplied with electricity and running water (inside and outside the dwelling). The road which is leading to the house is a gravel one and is accessible through all the year.

The village where the property is located is friendly and calm. It offers facilities like a local shop, a café, a school, a church, a police station, a health service, a pharmacy, a post office, a petrol station, a kinder garden and a community center. There is regular bus transport to the towns and the villages in the vicinity.
