This lovely rustic house is nestled in the end of a friendly village which is very close to a mountain and is also 22 km away from the town of Stara Zagora which is one of the most economically developed cities in the country with low unemployment rates and growing foreign investment. The village where the property is disposed is also 20 km away from the town of Kazanlak which is located in the pretty Valley of Roses, at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountain. The good strategic location is defined by the close distance to the road fork of the historical Shipka pass. The natural geographical centre of Bulgaria is just here where the roads of home and international tourist routes cross each other. The property benefits with its location being close to a spa resort, as well.

The property itself consists of a single-storey house with the total living area of 60 sq. m., a large basement (55 sq. m.), an agricultural outbuilding and nice garden vast 1050 sq. m.

The living area of the ground floor is distributed between a corridor, a kitchenette and two bedrooms. The walls are made of mud bricks and one of the rooms is brick built.
