This charming rural home is located in a large and romantic village 25 km away from the town of Stara Zagora. Apart from being one of the most ancient towns in Bulgaria, it is a big and important regional, industrial and cultural centre. Strategically located, it is a central hub with international transportation routes providing easy access to the North, East, South and West. The property is also 72 km away from Plovdiv- the second largest city in Bulgaria and the cultural capital of our country. One of the most famous Bulgarian ski resorts- Pamporovo- is situated at the distance of 117 km.

The property consists of a single-storey house with the total area of 45 sq. m., a summer kitchen (25 sq. m.), a basement (10 sq. m.), a parking lot and a well arranged garden vast 1730 sq. m.

The area on the ground floor is divided between a corridor and two bedrooms. The walls of the whole house are made of bricks and stones. The flooring of the bedrooms is wooden as well as the frames of the windows. The summer kitchen is attached to the house. You can find there a corridor, a bedroom and a bathroom. Its walls are brick-built, the flooring is cement and the joinery is wooden one.

The garden is pretty big and very well-maintained. At the moment it is planted with fruit trees, trellis vines and beautiful flowers. A definite plus is the presence of a drill at the area of the yard.

The house is in good condition. The house requires plastering of the walls in one of the bedrooms and in the corridor at the house. It needs refreshment. Some inner transformations are possible according to the client’s taste. There is a bathroom inside the dwelling and the WC is outside. The property is supplied with electricity and running water (inside) and it is not connected to a septic tank. There is no telephone landline available at the moment.

The village where the property is located is friendly and calm. It offers facilities like a local shop, cafés, a church, a police station, a health service, a post office and a community center. There is regular bus transport to the towns and the villages in the vicinity. The road which is leading to the house is a dirt one but is accessible through all the year.
