The walls are made of bricks, stones and sun-dried bricks. There is a parquet and cement floor, and the frames of the windows are wooden ones. An internal staircase leads you to the upper floor which presents an attic floor. Here you can find a living room and two bedrooms. The walls here are made of bricks, the flooring is concrete and the joinery is wooden. The garden is middle sized. It is nice and well maintained. At the moment is planted with fruit trees and beautiful flowers.
The property is in good condition. The first (attic) floor needs to be plastered. The windows there need to be glazed and you also should put flooring. The ground floor needs refreshment from outside. The house has two separated entrances. One of them is from the living room, and the other one is the main entrance of the house. The property is supplied with electricity and running water (inside and outside the dwelling). There are an external toilet and a bathroom in it. The telephone landline is not available for the moment. The road to the house is an asphalt one and it is accessible in the whole year.
The village is nice and friendly. It offers facilities like shops, a café, a school, a church, a police station, a health service, a post office, a railway station and a kinder garden.
