The house which we present you here is disposed in a pleasant and picturesque village, 35 km away from the town of Stara Zagora. It is an old city, situated at the foot of the Sredna Gora Mountain. It is located in South Bulgaria, in the Upper Thracian Valley, at the crossroads of the routes from Plovdiv to the Black Sea and from the Danube to the Aegean.

The second largest city and cultural capital of the country- Plovdiv is situated 89 km away from the village. One of the most famous ski resorts- Pamporovo stays at the distance of 169 km.

Briefly the property consists of a two storied house with total living area 80 sq. m, a shelter- 30 sq. m, a frame – built outbuilding for store and animals, a parking lot for two cars, a garage for one car and a well-sized garden vast 1000 sq. m. The area on the ground floor is distributed between a corridor, one room and a living room. The flooring here is cement and the joinery is wooden. An external staircase leads you to the first floor where a corridor and two bedrooms are disposed. The flooring here is wooden one as well as the frames of the windows.

The garden is middle-sized and easy for maintenance. Currently it is planted with fruit trees, boxwoods and many beautiful flowers. There also is a drill with water in its area which helps for the watering. The property is in basic condition. The house is built of stones, red bricks and sun-dried bricks. It needs refreshment of the plasters and the woodwork. There are some cracks in the attics and plasters on the first floor. The house is supplied with electricity and running water (outside and inside the dwelling). The central main drain passes by the road in front of the property. There is an external bathroom and a toilet but they can be easily done inside the house. A telephone landline is not available at the moment. The road to the house is an asphalt one and it is accessible in the whole year.

The village itself offers many facilities like shops, a café, a police station, a health service and regular bus transport to the towns and the villages in the vicinity. The property abut on a river 10 m away from the under part border. The village is quite peaceful and it is disposed close to the town of Radnevo- 7 km. The region is suitable for outdoor activities like fishing, hunting and village tourism development.
