We are glad to present you our next offer which is a rural property, disposed in a very pleasant village just 33 km far from the town of Stara Zagora. Stara Zagora district is situated in the central part of Bulgaria and is one of the country's largest districts, with favorable saturation of territorial resources. The beautiful nature, interesting objects, the comfortable position and the quick and diverse communications make the town an attractive place for many tourists. The cultural capital of the country- Plovdiv is situated 110 km away from the village. One of the famous ski resorts- Pamporovo stays at the distance of 158 km.

The property includes a single-storey house with total living area 55 sq. m, another one level with the size of 25 sq. m, a parking lot for two or three cars, an outbuilding, which is knocked down and a garden vast 2100 sq. m.

The living area on the ground floor is divided between a glazed veranda, a corridor and three bedrooms. The walls are made of red bricks, the flooring and the frames of the windows are wooden. The property has a very good location, because it is disposed in the end of the village, where is very peaceful and quiet. Nearby it is situated a small town, named Galabovo. Here you can find everything you need for your normal life. The region is appropriate for outdoor activities like fishing, hunting and village tourism development.
