The house which we present you here is disposed in a very pleasant and peaceful village just 23 km far from the fifth largest city in Bulgaria-Stara Zagora. It is located in the central part of Southern Bulgaria, in the fertile Thracian plain at the foot hills of Sredna Gora Mountain, 197 m above sea level. The climate of the town is temperate under Mediterranean influence with hot summers and mild winters. The cultural capital of the country – Plovdiv is situated 84 km away from the village. One of the most famous winter ski resorts Pamporovo stays at the distance of 129 km.

The property consists of a two-storey house with total living area 77 sq. m, a shelter at the back side of the house and a very large garden vast 2685 sq. m.

The area of the ground floor is distributed between a corridor, a room and a closet. The walls here are made of bricks and stones. An external staircase leads to the upper floor where a corridor and three rooms are nicely disposed. The walls here are made of red bricks, a part of the flooring is cement and the other part of it is wooden one. The joinery of the whole house is wooden one.
