Our next offer is for a spacious rural property which is situated just 21 km away from the town of Stara Zagora. The town is situated in southern Bulgaria, in fields of the Upper Thracian Lowland and parts of the Sarnena Sredna Gora mountains. Stara Zagora attracts with its beautiful nature, interesting sights and convenient location. The mineral baths are close to the town. This spa centre is situated deep into a lovely tree forest. The distance from the village to one of the famous ski resorts in Bulgaria – Pamporovo is 166 km.

The property includes a single-storey house spreads over area of approx. 50 sq.m., a parking lot for 2-3 cars, an outbuilding, a shelter with a garage and a garden vast 1300 sq.m. The area of the ground floor is nicely distributed between a corridor and three rooms. The walls are made of sun-dried bricks, the flooring is cement and the joinery is wooden one. The garden is planted with trellis vines, vineyard, box woods, fruit trees and different kind of beautiful flowers.

The house is in good condition. It needs refreshment of the walls and the ceilings, the tiles on the roof need to be rearranged. There is a fallen plastering on the face of the house so it needs to be repaired. It is supplied with electricity and running water (outside the dwelling). There is no a telephone landline available at the moment. The road to the house is asphalt, so it is accessible in the whole year.

The village is friendly and calm. It offers facilities like shops, a café, a school, a church, a policeman, a health service, a post office, a library, a community center, a kinder garden, however a regular bus transport to the villages and towns in the vicinity. There is a spa resort nearby it. A big plus of the property is that it is close to two mountains and the Tundja river. There is and a dam nearby - Zhrebchevo dam, which is the second largest dam in Bulgaria, as well as the village of Yagoda, where you can find swimming pools with mineral water. The region is suitable for outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, village tourism, mountaineering and spa procedures.
