Enjoying marvelous far-reaching view, this two-storey house is situated at the center of a large and peaceful village. It stands at the distance of 21 km from the fifth largest city in Bulgaria - Stara Zagora. Today this city is known as the city of the lime-trees and it is the third biggest industry center in Bulgaria. There are lots of parks and the most popular is the Ayazmo. One of the most famous winter ski resorts - Pamporovo is disposed 166 km away from the village.

The property consists of a two-storey house with total living area of 75 sq.m, a parking lot, a garage, an agricultural outbuilding used as a store and workshop, and a nice small garden which with a size of 315 sq.m. On the ground floor you can find an entrance, a living room, a kitchen and a closet. There is an external staircase which connects both floors. The area of the first floor is distributed between an entrance and two bedrooms. The whole house is made of sun-dried bricks, a part of the floor is wooden and another part of it is cement with earth. The joinery is wooden on both floors. The garden is not very large (315 sq.m). It is planted with flowers, vegetables and trellis vines (in front of the house). A part of the garden is covered with greenery. The property is in good overall condition. It needs some refreshment and modernization. It is necessary to put flooring where it is just earth. There is electricity and running water inside and outside the property. It is recommendable to be made an internal bathroom with toilet because currently there is just an external toilet. The road to the property is an asphalt one.

The village itself is very calm. It offers amenities like shops, a café, a school, a church, a policeman, a health service, a post office, a library, a community center and a kinder garden. There is also regular bus transport to the towns and the villages in the vicinity. A big plus of the property is that it is close to two mountains and the Tundzha River. The river starts up in the central parts of the Stara Planina mountain range and works its way through the Eastern area of the country all the way to Turkey. There also is a dam near by - the dam of Zhrebchevo, as well as the village of Yagoda, where you can find mineral water. The region is suitable for outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, village tourism and mountaineering and spa procedures.
