This solid, completely brick-built house is situated in a tranquil village, far from the noise and the pollution of the large city. The town of Stara Zagora is located at a distance of 33 km far from the settlement. One of the famous Bulgarian ski resorts, Pamporovo stays at a distance of 158 km.

Currently there is no electricity and the water is stopped for the moment. Like in the most village houses, there is no bathroom in the house and the toilet is an external one. The shelter right next to the house has three separate entrances. There also is a fireplace in it which makes it suitable to be transformed into a living area.

The garden is pretty large, planted with several fruit trees, vine trellis and some beautiful flowers. There also is a draw-well in the courtyard, helping for the irrigation.

The village itself is a small one but offers facilities like shops, a café, policeman, a doctor and a regular bus transport to the towns and the villages in the vicinity. The town of Galabovo is located close to it. Here you can find everything you need for your normal life. The region is appropriate for outdoor activities like fishing, hunting and village tourism development.
