Our new offer is for a very interesting property, disposed 45 km away from the town of Stara Zagora. During the years Stara Zagora emerged as a unique modern town, the only one in Bulgaria with long straight wide roads, square to each other. The numerous remnants from antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Bulgarian Revival keep the memories for the centuries long gone by. The whole central part of the town is proclaimed an architectural reserve. The second largest city and cultural capital of the country- Plovdiv is situated 67 km away from the village. One of the most famous winter ski resorts- Pamporovo stays at the distance of 109 km.

The property includes a single-storied house with total living area 80 sq. m, a summer kitchen – 20 sq. m, a living room – 40 sq. m, a basement, a garage for one car, outbuildings and a garden vast 1630 sq. m.

The ground floor consists of a corridor, three rooms, a closet, а summer kitchen, a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a wet premise. The walls are made of bricks, the flooring is wooden and part of it is cement in the summer kitchen and the living room, and the frames of the windows are wooden.
