Our new offer is for an appealing property, disposed at the end of a wonderful big village 40 km away from the town of Stara Zagora – the sixth largest city in Bulgaria. It is one of the most economically developed cities in the country, with low unemployment rates and growing foreign investment. This village is close to a SPA resort – the town of Pavel Banya (25 km). It offers many facilities like SPA procedures and swimming pools. This town is a balneological resort and it is situated in the central part of Kazanlak valley at the northern foothills of Sredna Gora Mountain. The village is 11 km away from the town of Kazanlak, where is the famous Valley of Roses and the Valley of the Thracian Kings. The Koprinka Lake is situated near the village too. The property also stands at the distance of 182 km away from one of the most famous ski resorts in Bulgaria - Pamporovo.

The property consists of a two storied house with a total living area of 92 sq. m., along with a parking lot and a pretty garden vast 500 sq. m. The whole house is built of sun-dried bricks. The area of the ground floor is distributed between a corridor, a living room (tavern) and two rooms (stores). The flooring of this level of the house is cement; the frames of the windows are wooden. An external staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find a corridor, two bedrooms and a kitchen. The flooring is wooden one as well as the joinery.

The view from the veranda is towards a lovely small garden planted with fruit trees, beautiful flowers and vine trellis. There is a draw-well as well as a parking space for one car, both available in the yard.

The property is in good condition. It needs refreshment of the walls and the ceilings. The tiles on the roof need to be rearranged. The house needs to be plastered outside and the rooms on the ground floor- to be renovated. There is no bathroom and the toilet is outside the house. The property is supplied with electricity, running water /inside and outside/ and it is connected to a septic pit. The road which is leading to the house is а dirt one but is accessible through the whole year.

The village itself offers facilities like: local shops, a café, a church, a policeman, a health service and a post office. There is a regular transport to the villages and towns at the vicinity. The region around is very good for outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, mountaineering and village tourism development. There is a river which passes close to the property.
