The SPA complex “Bolyari” is located in the central part of the beautiful town of Velingrad, in one of the most splendid places in the region, namely the Popin kamak district which is disposed between Ladzhene and Karpuzitsa neighborhoods, right next to a lovely small forest. The town of Velingrad is undoubtedly the most picturesque and most renowned of all of the Bulgarian Spa resorts, it won its vocation to the SPA capital of Bulgaria, thanks to the wonderful conditions for a healthy vacation in the folds of the Rhodope Mountain.

The building we offer you is a SPA and balneological gated type complex, which is divided into two parts – a hotel and a residential part. It is set on a development land with square surface of 5000 sq.m and with total built-up area of 9460 sq.m. There is a SPA centre and an internal swimming pool nicely located on the first floor. Permission for using mineral water is granted. The complex comprises of a restaurant with summer kitchen and BBQ, a tavern, a lobby bar, a pastry shop, a hair-dressing and cosmetics parlour, a fully equipped with the newest and the most modern facilities SPA and balneo centre, internal and external swimming pools with attractions, a fitness hall, tennis tables, an Internet hall, internal and external children playgrounds and a children swimming pool. There are great conditions for practicing of off road sports wit cross motorcycles, etc. Also the owners of the apartments and studios in the SPA complex “Bolyari” are allowed to use the swimming pool at no charge. They will have cards for 15% discount of the price for all paid services and procedures in the SPA centre.
