The complex ”St.Spas” is situated at the end of one of the most picturesque towns in Bulgaria, the town of Velingrad. Velingrad is undoubtedly the most picturesque and most renowned of all of the Bulgarian spa resorts, it won his vocation to the SPA capital of Bulgaria, thanks to the wonderful conditions for a healthy vacation in the folds of the Rhodope Mountain. The complex “St.Spas” comprises of two separate buildings – “St.Spas 1” and “St.Spas 2”. The two complexes together with the surrounding park area around Chepinska River form a vacation village of gated type in the most beautiful part of Velingard. The Balneological centers are located at the end of Velingrad, Chepino quarter, on the bank of chepinska River, in close proximity to the biggest mineral spring Radonova banya and 700 m away from the Natural Reserve Kleptuza.

The both Balneological Centers are designed for year-round accommodation, balneotherapy and active recreation. They are of a gated type and will be used exclusively and only by the owners of the apartments and their guests. The complexes will meet the requirements for a five-star complex and will offer: residential part, a health diagnostic center, entertainment and service facilities.
