The complex “Batak-Prevala” is designed as an eco-village with borrowings from the Rhodope architecture. This unique eco-village is situated right next to the notorious Batak Lake, 3 km away from the centre of the town of Batak and 7 km far from the area of Tsigov Chark. The town of Batak is situated at the foot of West Rhodope Mountain, 36 km away from the town of Pazardzhik and 1120 m above sea level. Batak natural lake is with 17 m length and 3 km width. The advantage of this investment is the construction of a complex of separate houses next to a sport hotel complex, which, in the near future, will be the only one of its kind in the region.

The eco-settlement is constructed by means of an entirely new technology – ferro-concrete construction, visible stone masonry as well as visible wooden roof construction. Mainly natural materials are used. The project is implemented in two phases. The first phase includes the construction of a villa settlement. The second phase is the construction of a SPA hotel. The buildings will be arranged in tiers so that all sides have a view to the lake or the mountains.

The hotel will have 16 rooms, 7 apartments, lobby bar, restaurant with 80 places, barbeque, conference hall and internet and children’s hut. It will be open all year around.

22 separate properties are offered for sale. The eight separate villas are due for sale together with the adjoining land (180 sq.m - 541 sq.m) and the ideal part of the general infrastructure of the settlement.
