The SPA complex “Astra” is located in a prestigious residential district in one of the most beautiful towns in Bulgaria also known as the Bulgarian SPA capital, namely the town of Velingrad. The system allows complete control through a computer, tracking the status of each of the integrated systems. Access to the apartments, offices and garages will be provided with a card which has every one of the owners.

The ground floor and the underground level consists of: a restaurant which offers room service, a cozy lobby bar, a reception, a conference room, children’s playground, offices, beauty and hairdressing salon, 12 heated garages, fitness, a room for dry and wet massage, SPA center with a swimming pool with mineral water, sauna, steam bath, laconium, Turkish bath, tangentor, Jacuzzi, fresh bar, relaxation area.

The yard space will be arranged as a small park with a swimming pool and playground.

The owners of the apartments will enjoy a free gym, sauna, steam bath and swimming pools!!!

The residential part consists of apartments with total living area which vary from 35 sq.m to 112 sq.m with functional distribution.

Maintenance:

The maintenance of the building and the shared parts will be provided by leading company and covers:

  • Maintenance, cleaning and electricity bills for the common premises;
  • Maintenance of the gardens, sport facilities and playground;
  • Standard repairs caused by routine use;
  • Organization and management of payment of all current accounts;
  • Security and video surveillance

Annual fee for maintenance of the building: 7 EUR/ sq.m
