GUEST HOUSE Villa Verbena 1898 can be found in the district of Zla Reka, Apriltsi. Located at the foot of The Eastern Balkan Mountain, 3 km. High in the mountains, 620 meters altitude height along the river Zla Reka, in the immediate vicinity of the Reserve Central Balkan.

Both buildings, built in 1898 are completely renovated. There are 11 double rooms and 2 suites with private bathrooms and satellite TV with LCD TVs. Furniture made of wrought iron and wood with vintage looks will make you feel the comfort of mountain hut! There is a restaurant and a summer barbecue with 30 seats.

For lovers of old age, the place where the villa is located, leads to the ruins of an old Roman road that locals call The Great Preslav, a hunting reserve offers the possibility to organize different types of hunting and trout fishing. The villa is also a starting point for countless scenic routes of the Balkan Mountains in the reserves: North Dzhendem and Dzhendema, where live wild goats, brown bear, red deer and roe.

Waterfalls Raysko praskalo, Vidimskoto and Kademliisko praskalo are some of the attractions that are worth to see and feel the grandeur and beauty of the mountains with a wonderful picnic! Other interesting sights are the stone church Sv.Paraskeva built in 1812, which is a cultural monument and is located in Girl's Monastery St. Trinity, the monument St. George the Victorious in Novo Selo, Batoshevo and Troyan Monastery.
