The property, we offer is a spacious penthouse maisonette in the new part of the town of Nessebar, close to the city center. The apartment is located in an apartment block adjacent to the building of the municipality, which was built in 1994. This makes it relatively new. It is in very good condition and owner is not obliged to pay maintenance fee. It is literally a 5 minute walk from the main street of the town and 10min from the school. The apartment is very suitable for large family as one of its biggest advantages is that it is year-round housing because of its location. Around a large supermarket, all kinds of shops, kindergarten and all services.

The apartment is located on the fourth and fifth floor of the building and has a total area of approximately 135 square meters. There has been made some internal changes by the owners after buying it and it has become exceptionally spacious and comfortable.

The area is allocated as follows: Downstairs, an area of 95sq.m, from the front door you enter into the hallway with racks . The hall continues in L-shaped corridor that leads to two bedrooms and a small storage compartment at the end. Both bedrooms are fully furnished with nice furniture and carpet on the floor. They share a common balcony facing east. There is one bathroom, which is close to both bedrooms. In the corridor there is a large built in wardrobe, while still in each bedroom also are wardrobes. Both are with one large double bed. Right of the entrance hall to enter into a spacious living room, which is associated with kitchenette. The floors here are covered with tiles in a nice unobtrusive grey color. In the living room there is leather furniture, small table and locker section with TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with built-in appliances and kitchen furniture, such as a cooker with a hood, large refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs. The living room has a large air conditioner, and there is one more downstairs in one of the bedrooms. The apartment is middle - between other two apartments and is very warm. The living room has a spiral staircase that leads to small flatlet upstairs.

The upper floor has an area of approximately 40kv.m, besides the spiral staircase in addition he has a separate entrance. This makes it very convenient for guests or renting out. He is also rebuilt and there is a bedroom, which is barred by sliding doors of a small living room with kitchenette. There is a small bathroom with toilet and small walk-in-closet, as there is possibility to extend the bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with double bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables, dressing table and cupboard with TV-set. In the small living-room there is a table and two armchairs, a kitchen with sink, hob, fridge and kitchen cupboards. There is also an air conditioner.

The apartment is for sale with a cellar area of 23 square meters. There is also parking in the rear of the building.

The antique beehive tomb near Pomorie city (situated on the coast of the Black Sea) is a cultural monument of national and world significance. It was built back in II – III century and represents an original combination of a typical Thracian beehive tomb and a Roman mausoleum (specialists believe it served as something like mausoleum of a rich Anhiali family). It is located among gardens – some 500 m north of the Europe camping area. It reaches 8 m in height and 60 m in diameter. A corridor leads to a vast round premises, in the centre of which a hollow pillar is rising, opening in its upper end like a mushroom passing into the walls. (therefore some people call the tomb “The Hollow Mound”). The monument is open for visitors in the summer season.
