In the living room there are two couches, coffee table, TV set, office computer table. The kitchen has a dining table with four chairs, kitchen cabinets, stove, hood and refrigerator. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed, bedside tables and wardrobes, and the other is not furnished. The bathroom is huge and it is accessible through the laundry room which is also very spacious.On the second floor takes you inside staircase. There is a corridor, one bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, living room with sofa, table and armchair. Kitchen with dining table with four chairs, kitchen furniture with sink. Here is a small closet, spacious bathroom with toilet and shower room and terrace with wonderful sea view. The floorings are terracotta tiles throughout, the stairs are marble, the ceiling of the whole second floor is a wooden panel, which adds cosiness to the atmosphere. The joinery in the entire house is aluminum, double glazed. The general condition of the property is good, it needs cosmetic repairs but is livable in that state.

There is a garage and to the western part of the house is attached a small summer kitchen. Here you will find a gazebo under the large walnut tree in the garden, where you will have enough space to grow flowers or vegetables. The property is surrounded by a concrete wall and metal fence. Big plus is the location, just 5 minutes walk from the city center where is the bus station, many restaurants, shops, school, nursery, pharmacy, medical, dental surgery and all necessary for household. 30 meters from the property begins a forest path that will bring you to nice places for a picnic near a river.

The Burgas Lakes (Bulgarian: Бургаски езера, Burgaski ezera) or Burgas Wetlands (Бургаски влажни зони, Burgaski vlazhni zoni) are a group of coastal lakes of varying saltiness located around the Bulgarian city of Burgas in the proximity of the Black Sea. They constitute the largest group of lakes in the country and comprise some of Bulgaria's biggest and most important lakes. The lakes' total area (including swamps, marshes, ponds and other reservoirs) amounts to 95 km², of which 33.30 km² are either proclaimed or proposed protected areas that are inhabited by a large number of locally or globally endangered species of birds, fish and mammals. Apart from this, the Burgas Lakes are also of economic importance, used to obtain sea salt and curative mud, as well as to supply the local economy with fresh water, in the case of Lake Mandrensko.

The antique beehive tomb near Pomorie city (situated on the coast of the Black Sea) is a cultural monument of national and world significance. It was built back in II – III century and represents an original combination of a typical Thracian beehive tomb and a Roman mausoleum (specialists believe it served as something like mausoleum of a rich Anhiali family). It is located among gardens – some 500 m north of the Europe camping area. It reaches 8 m in height and 60 m in diameter. A corridor leads to a vast round premises, in the centre of which a hollow pillar is rising, opening in its upper end like a mushroom passing into the walls. (therefore some people call the tomb “The Hollow Mound”). The monument is open for visitors in the summer season.
