Apartment complex "Caprice" is situated in the Southern part of Saint Vlas. The settlement has a strategic position among the surrounding buildings and structures because of its proximity to the sea and it is no more than 300 meters away from the Yacht Port “ Marina Dinevi “- Saint Vlas, with a capacity of more than 300 yachts.

The settlement is of 1580 sq.m. and it is situated on the second line by the sea, among the villa settlement “Lazur 2”, “Bells “ and villa settlement “Lazur “ to the south. It is separated by the last one by a large parking lot.

The building is divided into two entrances-entrance A and entrance B. A total number of 50 apartments of 56 to 124 sq.m., planned for two, three and four-roomed apartments are situated in the building. The two-bedroom apartments are 22 with area of 77 to 93 sq.m. The one-bedroom ones are 26 with area of 56 to 110 sq.m. Some of the two bedroom apartments on the upper floors have large terraces. Due to this fact they have larger areas. There are two three-bedroom apartments of 123.76 sq.m.

The plan schemes are implemented in such a manner that the living rooms (in most of the implementations with one or more bedrooms) face the sea. The building is equipped with an elevator that serves all floor levels and reaches the basement where a parking lot for 21 vehicles is situated.

The natural slope of the terrain has been used for the construction of one row of semi-underground living structures that follow the Southern regulating line of the villa settlement. A coffee-bar and five non-food stores are situated there. They are protected by the most contemporary heating and hydro isolation materials. The southern exposure is glazed and faces the sea.

The ground floor of the settlement is equipped with a combined swimming pool of 111 sq.m. It is rectangular-shaped in its part for adults and semi circular in the parts for children.

The exterior as well as the interior of the buildings are in accordance with the contemporary style (eclectical neoclassicism) and the mostly used contemporary materials are glass, metal, stone, color paints and plaster. The facades will be polished with smooth white mineral-based plaster with colors proposed by the designer. The joinery will be made of colorful aluminum profiles. On the roof there will be terraces which will be planted with low bushes, colorful plants and some weeping ones.

The security and the maintenance of the villa settlement are in charge of the best ones in the branch and it is all the year round.

The Burgas Lakes (Bulgarian: Бургаски езера, Burgaski ezera) or Burgas Wetlands (Бургаски влажни зони, Burgaski vlazhni zoni) are a group of coastal lakes of varying saltiness located around the Bulgarian city of Burgas in the proximity of the Black Sea. They constitute the largest group of lakes in the country and comprise some of Bulgaria's biggest and most important lakes. The lakes' total area (including swamps, marshes, ponds and other reservoirs) amounts to 95 km², of which 33.30 km² are either proclaimed or proposed protected areas that are inhabited by a large number of locally or globally endangered species of birds, fish and mammals. The antique beehive tomb near Pomorie city (situated on the coast of the Black Sea) is a cultural monument of national and world significance. It was built back in II – III century and represents an original combination of a typical Thracian beehive tomb and a Roman mausoleum (specialists believe it served as something like mausoleum of a rich Anhiali family). It is located among gardens – some 500 m north of the Europe camping area. It reaches 8 m in height and 60 m in diameter. A corridor leads to a vast round premises, in the centre of which a hollow pillar is rising, opening in its upper end like a mushroom passing into the walls. (therefore some people call the tomb “The Hollow Mound”). The monument is open for visitors in the summer season.
