Chepelare is the town with the highest altitude in Bulgaria, at over 1100 m altitude. The town is situated on both sides of the Chaya River, also known as the Chepelare River. The town is surrounded by stunning pine forests and magnificent alpine meadows. Its 120 days of great snow and skiing give way in the spring to warm and sunny days. The summer never gets too warm, so the climate is perfect for hiking and exploring nature. The short distance to Pamporovo allows visitors an opportunity to satisfy their needs for a more city - like experience and then to return to Chepelare, eager for its charm and way of life. Not that Chepelare is without modern conveniences. It has them all and also has some of the best ski runs in Europe, the total length of which comes to 28 km. There's a slope to fit every skill level, from beginner to Olympian, and they're suitable for skiers and boarders alike.
The complex is differentiated as an independent living area with private streets, parking spaces, places for recreation and etc. It consists of 20 self-contained houses, 10 of them stylishly and comfortably furnished. The houses are of a family-type, each of them has a spacious garden. Meeting the needs of the customers, the houses come in two sizes – 12 of the houses are with total built-up area of 143 sq.m and 8 are with total living area of 110 sq.m. All houses are built over two floors. The larger houses have three bedrooms and the smaller ones have two. Furthermore, a private courtyard, each house has a kitchen with a dining table, a living room with fireplace, 2 or 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms and a large veranda with built barbeque.
The houses are situated in a wonderful and picturesque mountainside near a pine forest with ecotracks suitable for hiking in the summer season. In very close proximity is located 4 star hotel with SPA center, indoor pool and a restaurant, which can be used against a preferential price. Facilities: parking, internet, cable TV, reception, security and alarm system.
