After transformations, made by the owners, now the apartment is with one bedroom and more area in the living room, but could easily return the old layout depending on the preferences of the new owners. The property is for sale with full luxury furniture. The kitchen and living room include stylish kitchen cupboards with integrated oven, hob, extractor, microwave, washing machine, dining table with four chairs. One of the rooms is furnished as a sitting area with beautiful and comfortable seating for two, a small table and exotic shelves. In the dining room you will find one double and one triple sofa, coffee table, TV set. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets, a three-section and a two-winged wardrobe, two more cupboards. All furniture is made of natural materials. The two bathrooms are fully equipped, as the main bathroom is with bath. The balconies are large enough and both have place for a table and chairs. One of them is facing east and the other west. Floors are tile throughout, joinery is PVC double glazing windows, there are three air conditioners.

Dream Holiday is equipped with swimming pool, lobby bar, restaurant, lifts, parking lot, 24 hrs security and maintenance, private access, green areas and has an excellent sea view. The distance to beautiful beaches is only 100 m.

The town of Nessebar is one of the oldest towns in Europe. It is the successor of the ancient Thracian settlement called Mesambria founded in the Second century AD. Its name means town of Melsa. One of the oldest sights is the Basilica situated on the seashore, built probably at the beginning of 5 th century.

They constitute the largest group of lakes in the country and comprise some of Bulgaria's biggest and most important lakes. The lakes' total area (including swamps, marshes, ponds and other reservoirs) amounts to 95 km², of which 33.30 km² are either proclaimed or proposed protected areas that are inhabited by a large number of locally or globally endangered species of birds, fish and mammals. Apart from this, the Burgas Lakes are also of economic importance, used to obtain sea salt and curative mud, as well as to supply the local economy with fresh water, in the case of Lake Mandrensko.

It is 147 km long, of which 123 km in Bulgaria and 25 km in Turkey. The waters of the Veleka flow into the Black Sea at the Bulgarian village of Sinemorets and are rich in flora and fauna, with more than 30 species of freshwater fish being present, the most frequent one being the chub. Five endangered animal species inhabit the river, as well as important regional plants.

The antique beehive tomb near Pomorie city (situated on the coast of the Black Sea) is a cultural monument of national and world significance. It was built back in II – III century and represents an original combination of a typical Thracian beehive tomb and a Roman mausoleum (specialists believe it served as something like mausoleum of a rich Anhiali family). It is located among gardens – some 500 m north of the Europe camping area. It reaches 8 m in height and 60 m in diameter. A corridor leads to a vast round premises, in the centre of which a hollow pillar is rising, opening in its upper end like a mushroom passing into the walls. (therefore some people call the tomb “The Hollow Mound”). The monument is open for visitors in the summer season.
