The plots are situated in the highest part of the area and behind the plots is only forest. The view is breathtaking and the air is fresh coming from the forest. The price of each plot is 50 000 Euro.

2 - The second plot is a last line again, bordering the beautiful forest. This one is with the size of 426sq.m. and is very convenient for building a house or a small apartment block as it is connected to water and electricity. It is a corner plot - there are streets behind the land and on the right side. On its left there is another building, which will be a small hotel. The view is spectacular and cannot be hidden by anything because of being on a steep slope. The price of the plot is 37 000 Euro.

3 - Our third offer is a plot similar to the second. It is again on the last line, only that there is one more smaller plot behind it. It is again with a very beautiful view and is suitable for building or even only for investing your money in it. The size of the plot is 425sq.m. and its price is 46 750Euro.

4 - This offer is for a plot of 754sq.m right next to the forest. The plot is on a very high spot and is revealing a fantastic view over the town, the sea, Sunny Beach and Nessebar. Most of the days from there you can even sea the town of Sozopol from there. This plot of land is with a building permission and a ready building project for a building of 1350sq.m. This will make it a lot easier for someone looking for a building land. The price of the plot is 82 940 Euro.

5 - This is a bit smaller plot with the size of 313sq.m. The view from here is beautiful and cannot be hidden by any building in front of it. The plot is with all documentation and a building project, which has even been started. The building is up to the ground level now and has to go three more floors up. The price of this offer is 35 000 Euro.

6 - A plot of land closer to the main road. The huge advantage of this plot is its location. It is suitable for building a small hotel or a large family house. The distance to the beach is around 500m and the end the nearest bus station is less than 30m away. The location is good for other businesses too, in the surrounding plots there is a car wash, a restaurant and just across the street there is a supermarket in one of the two big complexes by the road. The total area of the plot is 1000 sq.m and its price is 100 000 Euro.

7 - A plot of 2000 sq.m, which is around 150m from the main road. The plot is suitable for bigger building or even an apartment block with a swimming pool. With this plot of land you can make a really good investment and build apartments or small villas for sale. You can also make your own wonderful villa with a nice large garden. The price of the whole plot is 170 000 Euro.

8 - This is also a plot, which is closer to the main road. The land is 428 sq.m and is suitable for a family house. The easy access to the main road is a very big advantage, especially because the infrastructure in Intsaraki is not finished yet. The plot is regulated. The price of the plot is 33 390 Euro.

9 - A plot of 1500 sq.m divided in three equal parts, each with area of 500 sq.m. The land is for sale all together or on parts. The location of that offer is somewhere in the middle between the main road and the forest. The location is very nice and there is a beautiful view, especially from the back end of the plot. The big advantage of that plot is that it is connected to water and electricity. This will save one a lot of time and money. The price of each plot of 500 sq.m is 55 000 Euro.

10 - Land near the main road. The advantage of this plot is its location. Suitable for building a small hotel or large family house. The distance to the beach is around 600 meters and the nearest bus stop is around 50 m. The location is good for business, surrounding plots are with building permission and there are building on some of them. The total plot area is 3000 sq.m. and its price is 270 000 Euro.

Here is some more information about anyone willing to build in the area. These are the rough prices for building a house or a small apartment block step by step:

  • Plot of land with a size of 300 - 1000sq.m.
  • Regulation. If the plot you have chosen is not regulated, then you will have to change its status. This will cost you between 1 and 2 Euro/ sq.m. In the documents for the regulation will be the parameters for the building project you will have to prepare. The allowed height in Intsaraki is 10m above the ground level, which is three floors and an attic above the ground. Because of the steep terrain you will be able to build two more floors under the street level, which will give you enough living area.
  • Government tax. This tax has to be paid to the government after the regulation and will be between 1000 and 1500 Euro.
  • Project. After you have changed the status of the land you will have to get an architect to make a building project for you. This project will cost you 5 - 15 Euro/ sq.m. depending on the service you need, the architecture and the architect.
  • Building permission. The next step will be to take this project to the Municipality for approval or a building permission. For this building permission the taxes are 5 Euro/ sq.m.
  • Building. The building itself will cost you 120 - 150 Euro/ sq.m for the rough building. A "key turn stage" building will cost you 280 - 350 Euro/ sq.m.
  • Act 16, water, electricity. The last thing would be to pay taxes for getting a Permission for living (Act 16), connecting to the electricity and water systems. This will cost you between 1000 and 1500 Euro.

The antique beehive tomb near Pomorie city (situated on the coast of the Black Sea) is a cultural monument of national and world significance. It was built back in II – III century and represents an original combination of a typical Thracian beehive tomb and a Roman mausoleum (specialists believe it served as something like mausoleum of a rich Anhiali family). It is located among gardens – some 500 m north of the Europe camping area. It reaches 8 m in height and 60 m in diameter. A corridor leads to a vast round premises, in the centre of which a hollow pillar is rising, opening in its upper end like a mushroom passing into the walls. (therefore some people call the tomb “The Hollow Mound”). The monument is open for visitors in the summer season.
