Agent's Description
Located in a charming little village situated close to both the Black Sea coast and Stara Planina Mountain. This village attracts visitors with the unique combination of the Eastern Balkan mountain, Dvoinitsa river, and the Black Sea. Dvoinitsa offers good fishing conditions. Locals organize walks and horseback rides in the region. A monastery is located only five km away from the village. Ancient remains and two Roman roads can be seen there, as well. In the village there is a complex-restaurant and a new church.
The house is one-storey and comprising living room with kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The complex composes of 4 identical houses with a 550 sq.m. share of the communal plot, beautifully landscaped and enclosed with a fence. The holiday house is with partially furnished bedrooms.
The property is situated near famous resorts town of Byala and Obzor. There are several beaches in the area, and some of them are still pristine and unknown to most. Byala is a mixture of traditional worker’s village and a tourist destination. Only 13 km away is Obzor, an inviting coastal city well worth a visit, day or night. The name Obzor means “unrestricted view”. The city is historic, and during the Hellenistic era the city was known as Heliopolis, which means “City of the Sun”. During the Roman era it was known as Jupiter’s Temple. Obzor is the only place outside of Athens the Hellenists and Romans were known to worship the sun god. Obzor has long been a popular vacation destination for Bulgarians themselves, and in recent years several modern hotels have been built along the 10 km sandy beach. Like Byala, Obzor is also surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape, vineyards, forests and agricultural tracts, and the coastline between the two cities may well be referred to as the future Bulgarian Riviera.
The whole area is developing rapidly, with a swimming resort, horseback riding, recreational hunting and fishing, etc. – and the first golf courses are underway for this part of the coast. Searching for a quiet and calm place for Your vacation-come and make your best investment here! THE CHOICE YOU WILL NEVER REGRET!

Aladzha Monastery
The name of Aladzha monastery comes from the Turkish word for colourful ("aladzha") due most probably to the bright colours of its wall paintings, dating back to the early Middle Ages. The monk's cells, common rooms and sanctuaries, dug directly into the limestone rock and situated on two levels high above the ground, were connected via an external staircase. The lower floor hosted the monks' private cells, common rooms (i.e. kitchen, dining room) and a small church, while the upper level was dedicated entirely to a chapel. According to some historians, primitive monks' cells were built and inhabited already in the 4th century AC. The entire monastery is considered to date back to the 12th century AC. Unfortunately, nowadays only few of the frescoes are preserved (most of these to be found in the chapel) but the experience of visiting a monastery dug high above the ground into a steep rock is unforgettable.

Royal Palace Euxinograd
Euxinograde is a former late 19th-century Bulgarian summer palace and park of the royal family on the Black Sea coast, 8 km north of the city of Varna. It is currently a governmental and presidential residence. The construction of the palace began soon after the land which it occupies was given to Alexander I Battenberg on 16 March 1882. Viennese architect Victor Rumpelmayer designed the palace, which was named Sandrovo in 1885 after the Italian diminutive of Alexander's name — Sandro. Later the knyaz extended the estate to its contemporary area of 80 hectares. However, no palace was built at that time. The palace was built by Tsar Ferdinand Saxe-Coburg-Gotha. The pediment and other materials of the right wing of Chateau de Saint-Cloud in France, a former royal residence, was brought to Bulgaria by Tsar Ferdinand and integrated in Euxinograd palace. He invited the Swiss architect Hermann Mayer and Bulgarian architect Nikola Lazarov to design the palace which was renamed Euxinograd in 1893 on the insistence of Princess Marie Louise, Ferdinand's first wife. The name comes from the Ancient Greek term for the Black Sea, Εuξεινος Πόντος (Euxeinos Pontos, "hospitable sea") and the South Slavic suffix –grad, meaning "town" or, historically, "fortress".
The Royal Residence in Balchik
The Royal Palace, the Botanical Gardens, the churches, the Museum of History, the Art gallery and many other attractions make Balchik one of the most interesting places at the Black Sea coast. Queen Maria of Romania selected Balchik to build her summer residence to which she gave the name “Quiet Nest”. The royal residence was built following plans of the Italian architects Americo and Augistino. A number of Bulgarian artists and craftsmen from the area also contributed to the transformation of the rural landscape into an elegant sanctuary for elite Romanian society.
