Agent's Description
Etara III is situated in the southern expansion of Sveti Vlas.
The complex is located just 250 meters away from the beachfront and 450 meters away from the Marina Dinevi in Sveti Vlas, a yacht port with dockage for 300 yachts, including 25 mooring spaces for boats of 25 meters in length.
The design envisages one L-shaped building in the western and northern sections of the plot encircled with rich green spaces, an alpineum and a swimming pool for adults and kids in the middle.
The building is divided into two sections; the southern part has two entrances and the northern one - three. The two sections are separated by a dilatation joint. The total number of apartments is 125. The first section has 65 apartments, i.e. 23 one-room apartments (33 to 58 sq.m.), 31 two-room apartments (50 to 80 sq.m.) and 11 three-room apartments (78 to 89 sq.m.). The second building has 60 apartments, i.e. 19 one-room apartments (35 to 40 sq.m.), 23 two-room apartments (48 to 68 sq.m.) and 18 three-room apartments (73 to 110 sq.m.). The living rooms and in most cases two and more bedrooms have a view of the sea.
The building has the necessary storage spaces, 6 in each section, as well as special offices for the maintenance staff. A separate office for the manager is also envisaged. The complex has a parking lot for 45 cars and right next to it there is a public parking lot for 36 cars.
The Etara III is surrounded by natural greenery with some exotic trees envisaged to enrich the local fauna and give the village a more exotic look. Attractive alpineums combined with flower compositions will be constructed. The envisaged water spaces will contribute to the comfort and character of the complex.
In the preparation of the design of the residential buildings and adjoining territories, the architect wanted to create the atmosphere of the Old Bulgarian architecture. Characteristic features of the period include spacey terraces over the first floor, narrow windows, protruding roofs, bay windows looking over streets and yards, tall stone fences and towers, wooden gates, railings and staircases. The multi-storey spaces are separated by the gradation of different materials (rough construction stones, contrasted wooden elements, and smooth white plaster), roofs at varying heights, combination of convex and concave shapes and other solutions creating the counterpoint typical of the Old Bulgarian architecture.
The network of pedestrian alleys is designed in free geometric forms. The same approach is adopted in the design of the two swimming pools with a total surface of 105 sq.m. – one for adults and one for kids. Envisaged are the premises for the pool maintenance equipment including separate bathrooms for ladies and gentlemen. A network of pedestrian alleys leads to the building entrances. Ramps for baby carriages and wheelchairs will be installed where necessary. The complex has an exquisite restaurant seating 60 persons with half of the seats in the open air.
The facades will be covered with smooth white mineral plaster and framed with brown colored wooden elements. The first floors and some of the second floors will feature rubble stone coverings. The roofs will be covered with shingles similar to the Old Bulgarian ones, combined with colorful aluminum window frames. The balconies will have wooden railings 1.05 meters above the floor level. All wooden parts will be treated with modern wood preservatives and fire retardants.
Security of the complex is enhanced by a professional year-round manned service.
The Etara III complex is a turnkey development. Based on the vision of your dream home, you are welcome to choose the materials and details for the internal decoration and finish within your apartment. We can also install air conditioning and take care of the overall furnishing. All apartments are cable TV ready.
The combination of sea and mountain air, lack of industrial enterprises, proximity to the town of Nessebar inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List; convenient communications; opportunities for country and mountain tourism, hunting and fishing make this place a unique international destination.

Pomorie Monastery
The Pomorie monastery, named after St. Georgi the Victorious, is located in the seaside town of Pomorie, some 20km to the north of Bourgas. The monastery is very hospitable and offers accommodation following prior consultation with the father superior, Yerotey. Father Yerotey speaks English and German and is always glad to show the monastery’s guests around. The monastery is easy to reach by car or by a regular bus from Bourgas.
Sozopol
Sozopol is situated 34 km south of Bulgaria’s coastal city Bourgas on a narrow rocky peninsula, jutting into the Black Sea. Originally founded in 610 by Miletian Greeks and first called Apollonia, this is probably the oldest, and certainly the most fascinating Bulgarian coastal town. Today this charming place is a sedate fishing village for much of the year. However Sozopol springs to life in the peak summer season - July and August - becoming a busy beach resort loved by local families and international holiday visitors. Sozopol has two sandy beaches, an ambient old town with distinctive 19th-century stone and wooden buildings, and a thriving new town, offering family accommodation, shops and amenities.
Malko Tarnovo
Natural Park “Strandja” and the town of Malko Tarnovo offer all visitors, tourists and participants in natural, ecological, ethnographical or archaeological expeditions, the opportunity to experience something unforgettable. The hilly relief of the mountain and the entire network of well maintained tourist paths are a good precondition for hiking tourism. The cool summer, the warm and continuous autumn, the comparatively small number of cloudy days, the lack of substantial temperature anomalies, favor the development of tourism through out most of the year.
Nessebar
The town of Nessebar is one of the oldest towns in Europe. It is the successor of the ancient Thracian settlement called Mesambria founded in the Second century AD. Its name means town of Melsa. Since 510 AD it was turned into Greek colony town by Dorian settlers. They called it Mesambria. There was a theatre and a temple of the Greek God Apollo in it. Brass and silver money were coined there, and in the third century AD - golden ones. It was occupied in 72 AD by a Roman garrison. It started to play important role again in III-IV century. In the year 812 Khan Krum conquered the town. In 864 Boris I yielded the possession of the town to Byzantine, but King Simeon captured it again. Since XI century the Slav name Messebar or Nessebar has been used together with the original name Mesambria. The churches in Nessebar are 41. Not all of them have preserved their full brilliance but even their present condition strongly impresses tourists. One of the oldest sights is the Basilica situated on the seashore, built probably at the beginning of 5 th century.
Bourgas Lakes
The Burgas Lakes (Bulgarian: Бургаски езера, Burgaski ezera) or Burgas Wetlands (Бургаски влажни зони, Burgaski vlazhni zoni) are a group of coastal lakes of varying saltiness located around the Bulgarian city of Burgas in the proximity of the Black Sea. They constitute the largest group of lakes in the country and comprise some of Bulgaria's biggest and most important lakes. The lakes' total area (including swamps, marshes, ponds and other reservoirs) amounts to 95 km², of which 33.30 km² are either proclaimed or proposed protected areas that are inhabited by a large number of locally or globally endangered species of birds, fish and mammals. Apart from this, the Burgas Lakes are also of economic importance, used to obtain sea salt and curative mud, as well as to supply the local economy with fresh water, in the case of Lake Mandrensko.
Veleka river
The Veleka (Bulgarian: Велека) is a river in the very southeast of Bulgaria (Burgas Province), as well as the very northeast of European Turkey. It is 147 km long, of which 123 km in Bulgaria and 25 km in Turkey. The waters of the Veleka flow into the Black Sea at the Bulgarian village of Sinemorets and are rich in flora and fauna, with more than 30 species of freshwater fish being present, the most frequent one being the chub. Five endangered animal species inhabit the river, as well as important regional plants.
Ancient Beehive Tomb near Pomorie
The antique beehive tomb near Pomorie city (situated on the coast of the Black Sea) is a cultural monument of national and world significance. It was built back in II – III century and represents an original combination of a typical Thracian beehive tomb and a Roman mausoleum (specialists believe it served as something like mausoleum of a rich Anhiali family). It is located among gardens – some 500 m north of the Europe camping area. It reaches 8 m in height and 60 m in diameter. A corridor leads to a vast round premises, in the centre of which a hollow pillar is rising, opening in its upper end like a mushroom passing into the walls. (therefore some people call the tomb “The Hollow Mound”). The monument is open for visitors in the summer season.
Aquapark, Sunny Beach
The Bulgarian action aquapark is located on an area of 24 000 m2 in the western part of Sunny Beach. Action Aquapark is one of the most amusing, inspiring and emotional location on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. There You will forget the everyday concerns and loose your energy, which will take you to the world of adventures, games and extreme experience. Action Aquapark offers water attractions for each taste and age. Thirteen water attractions, several cocktail bars offering fresh drinks, and restaurants where you can try tempting culinary specialities, are located amidst the wide grass areas.
