The newest Villa Settlement in Saint Vlas is called "Dolce Vita 2". It is situated on the Southern regulating extension of Saint Vlas and is the last waterfront development in the area. It is one of the largest settlements in the region.
The Settlement has strategic position among the surrounding buildings because of its close proximity of the sea. The high terrain opens an amazing view of the entire bay and the Yacht Port "Marina Dinevi" – Saint Vlas, with a capacity of more than 300 yachts, which is of no more than 250m away.
The Settlement is situated on the first line by the sea and its slope is to the South. It is situated between the 23 and 42 horizontal above the sea level.
The urban model is implemented through the composition of a П-shaped building composition of architectural volumes of average level, organized around a large grassed courtyard with a water pool for adults and children. The grassed spaces are enriched by well organized rockery.
The planning scheme is characterized by a step rise of the dwellings by half level. On the other side of the exterior the buildings follow in a step rise the slope of the terrain.
The structure intended for living is composed of 8 buildings. A total number of 172 apartments of 40 to 450 sq.m., planned for one, two, three and four roomed apartments and mezzanine are situated in the buildings. Some dwellings are implemented in such a manner to form studios with adjunct saunas, sore houses and other service premises. The plan schemes of the dwellings are implemented in such a manner, that the living rooms / in most of the implementations with one or more bedrooms/ face the sea.
In building #3, the apartments are 79 – 8 are one-roomed from 40 to 50 sq.m.; 61 are two-roomed from 45 to 80 sq.m.; 4 are three-roomed from 90 to 120 sq.m. and 3 mezzanines of 100 sq.m.
In building #4, the apartments are 39 – 29 are two-roomed from 46 to 60 sq.m.; 5 two-roomed from 62 to 86 sq.m; 5 three-roomed from 95 to 99 sq.m..
In building #5, the apartments are 36 – 7 one-roomed from 25 to 62 sq.m.; 16 two-roomed from 52 to 59 sq.m.; 4 two-roomed from 62 to 80 sq.m.; 8 three –roomed from 92 to 117 sq.m.; 1 four-roomed mezzanine of 139 sq.m with balcony of 168 sq.m.
In building #6, the apartments are 6 – 2 two-roomed from 59 to 61 sq.m.; 1 two-roomed of 75 sq.m; 3 three-roomed from 108 to 111 sq.m.
The natural slope of the terrain has been used for the construction of two rows of semi-underground dwelling structures that follow the Southern regulating line of the villa settlement. That includes buildings number 1, 2, 7 and 8. The total number of dwellings is 12 – 10 two-roomed form 58 to 59 sq.m. and 2 one-roomed of 54 sq.m. These dwellings are protected by the most contemporary heating and hydro isolation materials. The Southern exposure of the dwellings is glazed with a single view to the sea, the sun, the sky, the moon and the stars….
The maintenance building of the villa settlement is located in building #4. The building is equipped with security, administration and manager offices. Also, service offices, drying rooms, warehouses, machine premises and main electric panel premises have been provided. The restaurant of the villa settlement is located in this building and is 390sq.m. with balcony of 125 sq.m.
The exterior as well as the interior of the buildings are in line with the contemporary style. The mostly used contemporary materials are glass, aluminum, color paints and plaster.
The facades will be polished with smooth white plaster on mineral base with colors proposed by the designer. The woodwork will be filled with colorful aluminum profiles. The parapets of the balconies will be of aluminum and glass, according to the designer’s detailed decision of 1.05 meters height over the stage of the prepared floor.
The villa settlement has 66 parking spaces of which 50 are covered.
The whole Villa Settlement “Dolce Vita 2” bears the beauty of natural greenery. Some exotic tree types have been planned in order to enrich the local flora and give the village much more exotic look. In certain locations attractive rockeries, combined with colorful compositions will be designed. The planned water areas will create an additional sense of coziness and uniqueness of the Settlement.
The alley system is developed in a non-strict geometric shapes. A similar constructional approach is used when making the water areas, which are a combination of a rectangular swimming pool and a semi circle pool for children. The relevant rooms for the equipment serving the water areas have been planned.
The buildings can be accessed by walk through inner alley network. Ramps for wheelchairs and kinder strollers will be constructed where necessary.
The security and maintenance of the villa settlement is in charge of the best in the field and it is all the year round.

Pomorie Monastery
The Pomorie monastery, named after St. Georgi the Victorious, is located in the seaside town of Pomorie, some 20km to the north of Bourgas. The monastery is very hospitable and offers accommodation following prior consultation with the father superior, Yerotey. Father Yerotey speaks English and German and is always glad to show the monastery’s guests around. The monastery is easy to reach by car or by a regular bus from Bourgas.
Sozopol
Sozopol is situated 34 km south of Bulgaria’s coastal city Bourgas on a narrow rocky peninsula, jutting into the Black Sea. Originally founded in 610 by Miletian Greeks and first called Apollonia, this is probably the oldest, and certainly the most fascinating Bulgarian coastal town. Today this charming place is a sedate fishing village for much of the year. However Sozopol springs to life in the peak summer season - July and August - becoming a busy beach resort loved by local families and international holiday visitors. Sozopol has two sandy beaches, an ambient old town with distinctive 19th-century stone and wooden buildings, and a thriving new town, offering family accommodation, shops and amenities.
Malko Tarnovo
Natural Park “Strandja” and the town of Malko Tarnovo offer all visitors, tourists and participants in natural, ecological, ethnographical or archaeological expeditions, the opportunity to experience something unforgettable. Nessebar
The town of Nessebar is one of the oldest towns in Europe. It is the successor of the ancient Thracian settlement called Mesambria founded in the Second century AD. Its name means town of Melsa. Since 510 AD it was turned into Greek colony town by Dorian settlers. They called it Mesambria. There was a theatre and a temple of the Greek God Apollo in it. Brass and silver money were coined there, and in the third century AD - golden ones. It was occupied in 72 AD by a Roman garrison. It started to play important role again in III-IV century. In the year 812 Khan Krum conquered the town. In 864 Boris I yielded the possession of the town to Byzantine, but King Simeon captured it again. Since XI century the Slav name Messebar or Nessebar has been used together with the original name Mesambria. The churches in Nessebar are 41. Not all of them have preserved their full brilliance but even their present condition strongly impresses tourists. One of the oldest sights is the Basilica situated on the seashore, built probably at the beginning of 5 th century.
Bourgas Lakes
The Burgas Lakes (Bulgarian: Бургаски езера, Burgaski ezera) or Burgas Wetlands (Бургаски влажни зони, Burgaski vlazhni zoni) are a group of coastal lakes of varying saltiness located around the Bulgarian city of Burgas in the proximity of the Black Sea. They constitute the largest group of lakes in the country and comprise some of Bulgaria's biggest and most important lakes. The lakes' total area (including swamps, marshes, ponds and other reservoirs) amounts to 95 km², of which 33.30 km² are either proclaimed or proposed protected areas that are inhabited by a large number of locally or globally endangered species of birds, fish and mammals. Apart from this, the Burgas Lakes are also of economic importance, used to obtain sea salt and curative mud, as well as to supply the local economy with fresh water, in the case of Lake Mandrensko.
Veleka river
The Veleka (Bulgarian: Велека) is a river in the very southeast of Bulgaria (Burgas Province), as well as the very northeast of European Turkey. It is 147 km long, of which 123 km in Bulgaria and 25 km in Turkey. The waters of the Veleka flow into the Black Sea at the Bulgarian village of Sinemorets and are rich in flora and fauna, with more than 30 species of freshwater fish being present, the most frequent one being the chub. Five endangered animal species inhabit the river, as well as important regional plants.
Ancient Beehive Tomb near Pomorie
The antique beehive tomb near Pomorie city (situated on the coast of the Black Sea) is a cultural monument of national and world significance. It was built back in II – III century and represents an original combination of a typical Thracian beehive tomb and a Roman mausoleum (specialists believe it served as something like mausoleum of a rich Anhiali family). It is located among gardens – some 500 m north of the Europe camping area. It reaches 8 m in height and 60 m in diameter. A corridor leads to a vast round premises, in the centre of which a hollow pillar is rising, opening in its upper end like a mushroom passing into the walls. (therefore some people call the tomb “The Hollow Mound”). The monument is open for visitors in the summer season.
Aquapark, Sunny Beach
The Bulgarian action aquapark is located on an area of 24 000 m2 in the western part of Sunny Beach. Action Aquapark is one of the most amusing, inspiring and emotional location on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. There You will forget the everyday concerns and loose your energy, which will take you to the world of adventures, games and extreme experience. Action Aquapark offers water attractions for each taste and age. Thirteen water attractions, several cocktail bars offering fresh drinks, and restaurants where you can try tempting culinary specialities, are located amidst the wide grass areas.
