This rural house is situated next to the main road at the begging of the village. It is made of traditional material, mud-bricks. There are two bedrooms in the house and one more room which is used as a storage and unfinished toilet and shower. There is toilet seat, shower cabin and sinks, which are already there, waiting to be installed. Solar panel is heating water in the boiler and when there is no sun the water can be heated with electricity. At the moment rooms are heated with small steel fire places. To the property also belongs part of buildings for storage and „summer -kitchen".

The house and the basement is protected by electronic alarm system, and Security Company is looking after the property. The Security Company fee is paid 12 months in advance. Entrance to the property is from main road, directly to the big wooden gate, and car can be always under cover in its carport. Property also has a small lockable garage suitable for motorcycle and storage. In the 1200 sq.m garden there are vines (about 10 years old) which give more than 500kg of grapes per year, and over 15 different fruit trees. There is a well in the garden with water.

The village is situated in Southern Bulgaria. It is located in the Foothills of the Rodope Mountains on the banks of the Umishka River, and is close to the towns of Peshtera and Krichim. The Antique Theatre is one of the most famous monuments in Bulgaria. It was built in the beginning of the 2nd century during the reign of the Roman Emperor Trajan. It is situated in the natural saddle between the Dzhambaz Tepe and Taksim Tepe hills. It is divided into two parts with 14 rows each divided with a horizontal lane. The theatre could accommodate 3,500 people. The three-storey scene is located on the southern part and is decorated with frezes, cornices and statues. The theatre was studied, conserved and restored between 1968 and 1984. Many events are still held on the scene including the Verdi festival and the International Folklore festival.
