This rural house is structurally sound as it is built of stones and bricks. However certain repairs are needed to be done to become a cosy holiday house. The walls and floors have to be repaired, new windows would be better to replace the old ones. The toilet currently is outside so an internal bathroom with toilet have to be installed. These repairs will turn this rural house into cosy holiday home.

On the ground floor of the house there are two spacey rooms. An outside staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, corridor and a veranda. Additionally in the garden there is a building that was used for farm purposes. It is as solid as the house and might be turned into additional living area or guest house if you renovate it.

The village is small but it provides facilities such as shops, church, regular transport to the nearby town of Berkovitsa. The area is appropriate for rural tourism, hunting, fishing, outdoor activities in the mountain such as skiing, hiking and peak climbing. There are swimming pools with hot water mineral springs in the area too.

The Klisura monastery stands out in a picturesque place in the western part of the Balkan mountain, at the foot of the Todorini Kukli peak and close to the town of Berkovitsa. The Chiprovtsi monastery lies in the valley of the Chiprovska Ogosta river, at the foot of the Yazova mountain (a part of the Western Balkan mountain range), about 4km to the north-east of the town of Chprovtsi, famous for its carpet-waving industry. The Chiprovtsi monastery, named St. John of Rila, has its origins in the 10th century AC and is one of the 30 monasteries that were built during the very first Bulgarian state that strengthened the position of Christianity and helped the deed of Cyril and Metodius who introduced the Cyrillic alphabet in the country. For 9 centuries, the Chiprovtsi monastery had acted as a cultural and educational centre. It survived the Madyar invasion in the 13th century, the fall under Ottoman rule in the 14th century and the raids of Mihail Hrabri in the 15th century. It served as a main shelter and also as a focal point in the uprisings of Konstantin Fruzhin in the 15th century and of the Chiprovtsi inhabitants in the 17th century. The monastery was raided and robbed more than once, and was also partially destroyed and then reconstructed with the financial support of wealthy Bulgarians six times in a row during the 19th century.
