This rural house is located at the foots of Rodopa mountain in a village which is some 20 km away from the town of Parvomai. There are about 45 km to Plovdiv - the second biggest town in Bulgaria.

The property consists of a 2-storey house with living area of 100 sq.m., a garden of 980 sq.m., an old house and a shelter (a parking lot for one car) in it.

Both floors consist of a corridor and three rooms. The yard is planted with fruit-trees and kept in good condition. The house is stable and sound but would benefit from some small repairs of the inside walls, installing an internal bathroom/toilet. The old house in the garden can be turned into a guest house.The property is supplied with running water , electricity and a septic tank. Telephone land line can be installed upon a request.

The surrounding area is very nice and beautiful. It is good for fishing and hunting there are some lakes in the area and a hunting complex not far from the village. The village has the most needed amenities as well as bus transport to the inhabited places in the region. About 8 km from the property there is another village which is bigger and there you can find more modern facilities like restaurants, pharmacies, a disco, a school, and so on.

The village is situated in Southern Bulgaria. It is located in the Foothills of the Rodope Mountains on the banks of the Umishka River, and is close to the towns of Peshtera and Krichim. Historical records show the township was established at some point in the 16th century, built over the ruins of an earlier settlement. There is a cold mineral water spring (18-26 C) with the flow rate of 120 litres per minute at the distance of 500 metres west of it. There is a balneo-sanatorium built up here. The Antique Theatre is one of the most famous monuments in Bulgaria. It was built in the beginning of the 2nd century during the reign of the Roman Emperor Trajan. It is situated in the natural saddle between the Dzhambaz Tepe and Taksim Tepe hills. It is divided into two parts with 14 rows each divided with a horizontal lane. The theatre could accommodate 3,500 people. The three-storey scene is located on the southern part and is decorated with frezes, cornices and statues. The theatre was studied, conserved and restored between 1968 and 1984. Many events are still held on the scene including the Verdi festival and the International Folklore festival.
