  • Ground floor: Here you can find a corridor and three rooms. The walls of the house are made of sun- dried bricks and the flooring here is wooden. The frames of the windows are wooden, too. The summerkitchen is attached to the house. It includes two big rooms. The place it takes is 40 sq. m.

The garden is planted with many fruit trees at the moment. The property is in basic condition. It needs refreshment of the walls and the ceilings. An internal bathroom and a toilet have to be done inside. Some inner transformations are possibleaccording to the clients taste. The house is supplied with electricity and running water (inside and outside the dwelling) and it is connected to a septik tank. There is only one external toilet in the property. The road to there is a dirt one.

The villag, where the house is located is very friendly and calm. Here you can find many facilities like shops, a cafe, a school, a church, a police station and a health service. There is also a regular bus transport to the nearest villages and towns. Near by the property is disposed a smaller town- Hisarya (12 km), famous with its mineral springs. The region is very good for outdoor activities like fishing and hunting.

The village is situated in Southern Bulgaria. It is located in the Foothills of the Rodope Mountains on the banks of the Umishka River, and is close to the towns of Peshtera and Krichim. The Antique Theatre is one of the most famous monuments in Bulgaria. It was built in the beginning of the 2nd century during the reign of the Roman Emperor Trajan. It is situated in the natural saddle between the Dzhambaz Tepe and Taksim Tepe hills. It is divided into two parts with 14 rows each divided with a horizontal lane. The theatre could accommodate 3,500 people. The three-storey scene is located on the southern part and is decorated with frezes, cornices and statues. The theatre was studied, conserved and restored between 1968 and 1984. Many events are still held on the scene including the Verdi festival and the International Folklore festival.
