The interior of the house needs some renovations and repairs but it is in comparatively good condition. The property is supplied with electricity, water (in the summer kitchen) and a septic tank.

The village is peaceful and it offers to its inhabitants all needed facilities like: shops, cafés, a school, a church, a health service and regular bus transport to the towns and villages in the area. The region is appropriate for fishing and hunting.
