Disposed at the end of a nice and quiet village, near a bigger village which is municipality and only 28 km. away from the town of Plovdiv, the property is not far away from the town of Hissar- a lovely spa resort (at approximately 25 km ). Ground floor: A corridor and three rooms are available on the area of the floor.

The garden is quite big and is planted with vine trellis and grass. A big outbuilding vast 40sq.m. and a parking lot are available in it. Running water outside the house, electricity and a septic tank are available, as well you can easily installed a telephone land line, too. An asphalt road leads to the house which is in a good condition. It is very sound but certain things need to be done on it.
Adapting a compartment inside the house to become an internal bathroom/ toilet because at the moment the toilet is outside and there is no bathroom, some repairs on the ground floor (the second one is in a good condition) and modernization of the interior.
There are local shops, a café, a church, a health service and transport links to the nearest towns in the village. The area is beautiful and is suitable for a rest and outdoor activities as a river passes near the village.
