This two-storey house is situated in a tranquil rural area and the same time is close enough to the seaside. It is in the village of Venets in the region of Bourgas. The village is located on the first class road to Bourgas, which makes it with easy access to the coast and the beaches. The exact distance to Bourgas is 40km and to the town of Sliven – 45km.

The house is not habitable and needs some refurbishment, but is in perfect structural condition. The upper storey has been built in the 80’s and then the ground floor is reconstructed too. Everything is constructed with modern materials – concrete-steel construction and bricks. The house is really big and offers accommodation of 200sq.m with equal room disposition on both floors. Every floor is with total area of 100sq.m and there are three spacious rooms and a wide hallway. There is no bathroom in the house, but it is big enough to be constructed even two bathrooms – one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. There is a small balcony on the first floor with nice view.

The house is for sale with a massive garden with area of 1800sq.m. In the garden you can find some fruit trees, but it needs to be cleaned, as nobody takes care of it now. There also is one agricultural outbuilding in the garden with the size of 20sq.m.

The town of Nessebar is one of the oldest towns in Europe. It is the successor of the ancient Thracian settlement called Mesambria founded in the Second century AD. Its name means town of Melsa. One of the oldest sights is the Basilica situated on the seashore, built probably at the beginning of 5 th century.

The Burgas Lakes (Bulgarian: Бургаски езера, Burgaski ezera) or Burgas Wetlands (Бургаски влажни зони, Burgaski vlazhni zoni) are a group of coastal lakes of varying saltiness located around the Bulgarian city of Burgas in the proximity of the Black Sea. They constitute the largest group of lakes in the country and comprise some of Bulgaria's biggest and most important lakes. The lakes' total area (including swamps, marshes, ponds and other reservoirs) amounts to 95 km², of which 33.30 km² are either proclaimed or proposed protected areas that are inhabited by a large number of locally or globally endangered species of birds, fish and mammals. Apart from this, the Burgas Lakes are also of economic importance, used to obtain sea salt and curative mud, as well as to supply the local economy with fresh water, in the case of Lake Mandrensko.

The antique beehive tomb near Pomorie city (situated on the coast of the Black Sea) is a cultural monument of national and world significance. It was built back in II – III century and represents an original combination of a typical Thracian beehive tomb and a Roman mausoleum (specialists believe it served as something like mausoleum of a rich Anhiali family). It is located among gardens – some 500 m north of the Europe camping area. It reaches 8 m in height and 60 m in diameter. A corridor leads to a vast round premises, in the centre of which a hollow pillar is rising, opening in its upper end like a mushroom passing into the walls. (therefore some people call the tomb “The Hollow Mound”). The monument is open for visitors in the summer season.
